How to book a one way with ANA

I had 68k with ANA and needed a one way ticket to Israel.
I booked a multi city US Airways PHL-TLV and a month later MEX-PHX for a total of 68k in biz.
Obviously will not use the second leg

To the best of my knowledge, not only is it against ANA rules but also against general IATA ticketing requirements. I'm far from certain though.

Ana never required a round trip ticket.
You need to have a return flight to the original destination you flew out from.
I have managed to get numerous times tickets like these with ana over the phone and online ex. I flew tlv-zrh - nyc and made the return zrh - tlv

Right but OP claimed MEX-PHX worked.
ZRH-TLV would entail YQ, no?
Anyone have ANA miles in their account to check the YQ on TLV-PHL in J on 12/17 and ZRH-TLV in J on 12/19?

the yq on rt zrh tlv is about 240$ in business and 44k ana miles imo the best value in their miles.

Btw with ana you can fly to london rt in business (not direct) without paying yq.
When you fly ewr-st John's-lhr return the yq is not there.
I didn't check again today but have seen it many times before
