I need a low budget idea for a 3 year old girl on a 4-5 year old level (does every parent think that?)

Magna tiles are amazing!  A little on the expensive side at abt 100 for a set of 100 pieces but a great investment. Kids of all ages play with them for hours.

This year's dilemma- Black Friday is not until second day of chanuka.  Should we delay in getting chanuka gifts until then, or too risky?
