Miles for El Al flight

if i have a flight on el al, who can i credit the miles to? AA? Delta? United?
and if more than one, which is best?

I always credit AA for my ELAL flights.

 Moishy its either to ElAl Matmid or AA as far as I know there isnt any other programs where you can credit, especially not to any other US Carrier except AA
