hey
i'm flying in a few days with a stop over in egypte
but my passport is full of israeli stamps and 3 israeli visas
is that an issue?

You can go to Egypt on an Israeli passport too (wouldn't recommend it, but for a stopover shouldn't be an issue)

and can i go out of the airport or its dangerous? its a 12h stop over?

lol...I thought you meant an issue with your passport.  If you think its the stamps that will attract your jewishness and not your looks then who cares if you walk around?

I probably wouldn't go out of the airport due to the unrest, if you do be very careful not to participate in any protest whatsoever.
