S.A.L.T steakhouse is supposed to open this week or next, it’s directly across from LBK (Wave Resort) at Pier Village and it looks really nice and quite large. They have a full bar and 2 private rooms as well. They also appear to have a roomy lounge area. If you’re near LBK you can stop by and take a tour. Like LBK, it’s owned by Mizrachi.

I predict this will become the hottest dating spot on the Jersey Shore almost immediately.

Saw a video on someone's status yesterday. Place looks amazing.

The Chef (Big Boy) is from Entree. No doubt the food is really good.

Went last night, great food, great drinks, and a great vibe. The flatbreads really stood out. But still soft opening so the following should be expected - you will be waiting a while to sit and get your food, and they won't have the full menu. And reservations only.

I’m sure it’s excellent. How will they be doing with a 10 month off season? Still keeping the chef on payroll? Keeping everything fresh with no turn over ? I really hope he can survive but so many have tried none have succeeded.

Traffic from Lakewood won't be able to maintain?

Lakewood today is significantly different than even 5 years ago.
