Got back from the Jersey Shore last night. Had a really nice time.

Got the the Sheraton Eatontown (4k points/night) about 1:30. It's not a nice hotel by DDF standards but it was fine for the night.

clean enough. didn't feel grossed out. it's a typical cat 2 hotel. Definitely not new. didn't check out the pool. it's indoors. saw lots of wet kids by the elevator and they looked happy so I guess it's nice enough

What ashkenaz weekday minyanim for shachris are there and when?

That's a hard one. But there use to be a yeshiva called mesivta of Eatontown they used to start shacris at around 9:30. But that's all the info I have that was of about 3 years ago

Little review on "The Butchers Steakhouse":

I bought the Groupon Dan posted and decided to go last night to check this place out. I had never heard of this place and neither did many of my friends and colleagues. I did a little search on them for reviews. The older reviews said the place is a disaster but the newer ones were full of praise. I called the place up to make reservations and found out that they changed management a few months ago and since then the place rocks!!

First off there is finally a restaurant with nice outdoor seating in the Lakewood area!!! It was such a nice thing to eat under the stars that just for this alone I would come back.

To Start I ordered the Bourbon Chicken which was absolutely delicious!!! I cant compare as I never ordered them before but they were amazing!! We got the Drummetes as well which were great!! Chumus and pita (warmed and toasted) was a hit. But nothing comes close to the mains. I mean those steaks are huge and juicy! We got the Delmonico and the Rib Eye, They were 10/10 by far! Better then any steak you will have in Lakewood or Deal this place truly out does themselves with the food. The Desserts are brought in fresh everyday from Brooklyn and were a great end to the night. You cannot buy wine in the restaurant but they have a separate store which sells wine and they will open it for you and give you the glasses.

Overall its great to get a little out of lakewood for a nice restaurant with great fantastic food. They do have those tiki fires for the winter so you can still enjoy the outdoors.

It doesn't say who currently operates it, from the info on the site about constructing of it, a lot of big names were involved. I personally know that R Heinman wouldn't have gotten involved if no one would be taking care of it but this was in the 90's...

i know the hospital has arrangements for fathers of babies to remove their bracelets and leave with security if leaving the hospital on shabbos but i never personally did any research into that
