Was matched to $2000 spend on SP, now Chase is in denial

The SM confirmation from them was a while back and was erased. Does Chase have an internal record? cuz if not its gonna take much HUCAS :-[

Perhaps try emailing tech support that you need the old SM's. (You don't have to tell them why)
