Great find! How does this compare to the Bosch mixer? Does it hold 5lb of flour (for challah)? Was looking into a new mixer - never owned a kitchen aid (yet) :)

Its a preference matter some swear by a bocsh some don't understand how u can make chalahs in a mixer other than a kitchen aid,
But definitely kitchen aid is best for cakes, in our Hungarian crowds the good ones only make a cake in kitchen aid, even though some use the Bosch for chalahs,they'll never make a cake batter in it
