long term car rental
« on: May 26, 2010, 12:27:38 PM »
hi all,

I was wondering if there are places where i can find cheap long-term car rentals (appx. Jun 15-Aug 15) in LA.  I looked at enterprise and saw that they have a month-or-more program, but are there any other strategies that would be better? Thanks.

if you get s/o over 25 YOU won't be able to drive, you have to be 25 to be a second driver,

even with a corporate that reduces the age to 18 MOST places will make you be 25 to become a second driver even with the corp. as the 2nd driver agrement says you must be 25

Yes. the Chabad corporate with Enterprise waives the underage fees, as well as the mileage. also Herz gold waives the underage fees. anyone can become hertz gold for free. Dan has posted about this many a time. see here

I've often found it cheaper to spend a day going to Philadelphia or Baltimore for these. I've gotten monthly's for about $600 from various companies in those cities.
