Does UA have LOT phantom space?
Or does Miles and More see less LOT space than UA?
Have never run into that. Usually M&M shows more space than UA on any of its airlines. PUTPAC

I doubt it. Never seen that. You cant even use AC to confirm any of this. Maybe thats the root of the AC LO issue.

Figured it out. The TLV-WAW is operated by Blue Air so for some reason it wasn't piecing it together. All good now.

Not exactly sure where to post this, but thought this thread might have the best chance of getting a correct answer. Have exactly enough Singapore miles for my family to fly to Hawaii at the 35K rate. They expire next year, so I need to use them up.

So from what I have been told and seems to be mostly consistent on Singapore's website, flights with a stopover from the Lower48 to Hawaii, even if showing up on the United search engine, will not show up nor be bookable on Singapore if longer than 4 hours (or if backtracking). For example, when searching for EWR-LIH with a 5 hour stopover in LAX, even though the flight shows up when searching on United, it won't show up when searching on Singapore. My question is, I have found cases where that doesn't always hold up - for example, I'm looking at flights for a certain date from EWR to ITO with a stop in LAX, and the flight shows up on Singapore, even though the stopover is over 5 hours. So what am I missing here? Is there a set rule? Is the Singapore site just glitchy in showing the 5 hour hour connection. We have exact dates that we are looking at and some orphaned miles in Singapore that need to be used up, so I'm trying to understand their rules when booking on United to Hawaii. I'd also like to know if there is any way to book a stopover on the way back in LAX if flying in and out of the same Hawaii airport (RT flight), or is that only allowed on Singapore metal. Thanks.

Every star alliance partner displays LOT availability on the day I need including Miles and More, but when I call Miles and More they don't see it. Is that common?

Same ticket, miles finally transferred from SPG but while it's showing online, on the phone they don't see it. I would book it online but I only transferred enough taking into account the 25% child discount that you don't get online.
