I had a ticket tlv-ath-phl booked. Saw tlv-zrh-ewr open up put that on hold because ewr is a better option for me. Is there any way not to have to pay redeposit fee and not lose the ticket?

u shouldnt have put it on hold and just called to change it

Some reps will agree to change one pnr to another,
Also, if u cancel the new reservation 99% chance it will become available again and u can change the other tkt (call up and cancel when rep is ready to grab)

I am trying to book a flight using miles to go from Baltimore to lax in August. Award tickets are showing not available for the 12500 amount. Does that mean they will not be available or will it open up? Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is Saver availability in August from BWI-LAX but there is a stopover.

Definitely a chance. Award inventory is constantly in flux.

Depends on how important it is to you. For one of my recent trips, I checked daily. But you should also using a service like ExpertFlyer (paid).

Pretty important. I am flying with a toddler and an infant so any stops would be very detrimental to my health and sanity.

WAW

Am I missing any? In general I'm finding that Euope-TLV has good Business availability but scarce economy. Can you combine?

VIE AND CPH both say "There are no nonstop flights available for this destination". Are you sure *A flies from NYC to there?
