I have a confirmed seat TLV FRA FRA PHL on LH in biz on 01/06. I'm trying to switch the 2nd leg to first class JFK. United is saying can't do bec it's s married ticket and no more seats left on TLV FRA so don't want to cancel and rebook. Does anyone have ideas on how to change ?

How can I know the fuel and surcharges ANA will charge for a flight?
For example I have searched on ANA for a flight from CDG-YYZ on air canada and it only shows me how many miles I need.
Does that mean that there are no other fees?

Per this SQ post http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/28330, it says that you can reserve award tickets without having the miles in your account. I called up and tried to do so and they said they cannot do so. How do I reserve an award ticket on SQ without the correct amount of miles?

There are 1) formal rules, and 2) rules for the people who know how to engage in a nice phone conversation with a Pakistani girl.

In category #1 you must have at least a certain percentage of miles needed in your account. And its only for SQ operated flights.
I don't remember the exact percentage of miles you'd need as I 'm in category #2.

In category #2, you can even hold a partner award, even with 0 miles in your account.

Partner is very hard to do, but it is possible.
