That isn't avoiding it, it's just reducing it. No way to totally avoid it,  short of not flying ex-LON.

I have a connecting flight in SIN and there are 2 SQ Flights SIN-LHR one is A380 one is 77W and there is only room on 77w (and its later) Can I book the 77W and try to get on the A380 or it will be a problem with luggage ?

SQ and there is 1hr 50min between when i land until the next flight departs. The one I would go standby on.

How long does it take to transfer terminals in SIN? there are no customs/immigration? Any perks when traveling in suites?

I found a round trip on ANA business class.  38,000 miles. and I don't know how much $$.  YUL to ORD

Both legs are on united.  If I book it on united, it's 25,000 each way for a total of 50,000 miles round trip. and $61.10.

So what now?  I book it on ANA?  How long does it take for MR miles to post on ANA? 

Please someone guide me.

Umm, what airline YUL to ORD? If you can find it on ANA you should be able to see it on UA.
