right now they have those flights blocked out for the week before thru the week after the holidays. Do u think ill have to wait until a few days before the flight?

EWR-TLV or v.v. is always tough.. Will be even tougher during the holiday times. If anything you'll have to wait a couple days before or even day of.. If you get lucky.

Trying to put together 6 award tickets LGA-YUL-CUR on 4/2/15 with a return on 4/12/15 from CUR-NYC.

I believe there are at least 3 seats in coach and 3 in business on the YUL-CUR leg.

First time I'm playing around with complicated searches. Cant get ANA workaround to work for me. UA site doesnt show AC availability. AC allows me to book up to 3 with Aeroplan and i cant commit to 3 without the other 3.

Have 370k MR, 75k UR, 65k AA, 40k USAir (x2)

I will be flying Singapore Air F to Fra, but I want my bags checked to Florence, I have a separate ticket from Frankfurt to Florence, I'll be taking a long 2 checked bags, according to what I'm reading there is no issue checking in bags from JFK to Florence, but the question is that on Lufthansa they only allowed one bag, will Singapore charge me for the second bag in jfk? Do they have the capability of doing that? If not how do I proceed?

If it's not too late to change your tickets, I would suggest flying into a more southern city (Rome) or northern city (Venice). Florence is smack in the middle and if you want to go to places like Rome and Venice, you'll be backtracking.

Thanks for your advice, but I need to get to Florence only (I've already covered  most of Italy, from Rome up to the north)
