How can I upgrade UA to Israel to buisness

I purchased 2 flights on UA for ewr-tlv. Is there anyway I can upgrade these tickets?  Do ppl seel upgrades like on AMerican for cheap? or is there a way via my SPG points that make sense?

Problem is that its a "T" class. Is there anyway I can get it upgraded other then spending 35000 points and $600???
