Seems so the back of the check said something  like positive id next to signature,  they want to make sure you sign for it

Too late. ..already cashed it.

Once you accept i guess too late.  But i don't see how they over billed me

Got a check today for $700 from amex, saying they owed me money from a few years ago for fees. Anyone else get anything from them?

Same letter/check for more then 1k.
Was for gold card had a number of additional users
