Is it normal for Chase to deduct off UR when I do shop through chase (Old Navy, 3 pts per dollar), and then return some of the stuff? It's showing that they're taking away the points equal to the amount that I returned.
There are ways around it, but for standard returns you won't get the points.

I transferred over 600k ur points to a hyatt account of an au. A week later the points were suddenly deducted from the hyatt account. Hyatt said it was a chase issue. Any ideas how and why they would do it? Can they give it back?
Did you call chase? Conference them in?
I’ve called them twice and both times they said once they transfer points it is irreversible. Iwill sm them and try to speak to supervisor tomorrow but ive never had such an issue.
Get a conference going. its a lot of $. no room for blame game here
