Yes. The typical chassidisher guy you see in the street in BP and Willi is really a high rolling drug dealer. A few aren't smart enough to get in and they just waste their days davening and working/learning.

The only reason it isn't as widely known is because the vaad hasamim beat any snitch into submission, by threatening to kick their kids out of school etc.

I'm sure the chabad DDF members could verify that the common chasid in CH is a high flying dealer also. Actually DDF is really a front for the drug trade.
