Does this work in Israel, or only US?

Can't imagine it does, it works on Sprints network. I had one and sent it back, and got an unlimited Virgin mobile one. It is good for occasional use

This is super cool, great for occasional travelers, for when internet is down, etc etc.

Is there an easy way to check MTD (Month-to-Date) usage?

yes, they tell you online, but there is like a 3 hour delay. I installed a little program called netspeedmonitor that also tracks usage.

It really depends where you live. It worked beautifully for me in LA, the only problem I had was the data limitation, but I need something I can use up to several hours a day

ordered to try it as backup, too bad they dont take amex to protect myself. i see you have opt out of their services carefully if you dont want to pay extra, they throw in top-ups and faster speeds you have to pay for unless you are careful.

My review after a week
the connection is good, better than the tmobile stick i've used
BUT there is something fishy with the amount of data they say i've used, 874mb in 8 days? That would be above the 500mb allotment if not for the extra gb they give first month.
1. Everything is rounded up to nearest mb. So there is nothing less than 1 mb for everytime I put in the stick even to get a text only email, maybe this is in the TOS
2. Using the Tmobile stick i would barely use any data, and now there is for example usage of 125mb for a few minutes use. Usage hasnt changed from the tmobile stick, but with tmobile i could go a whole month w/o using 1gb

Maybe I'll call them , but right now looks like a scam

If true, 1mb rounding is a major scam.

So I get a call from them about a promotion, someone else picks up,
"is shmooz there?"
"He's not available. Please email to contact"
"Ok, we are happy to sign him up for the promotion and we will email confirmation. He can optout at any time"

I get confirmation, they signed me up.

I am still keeping it since its a good backup meanwhile if I can just avoid the extra charges....(just found out there is a 99cent inactivity fee also...)

Hello,

Has been using it for about 4-5month. Pretty good. Just remember to send back before 1 year to avoid paying 85$ for the modem itself (there are 2 types that you can choose). Great for occasional web-surfing etc. Free. You can hard pre-set no going over limits and no bugging alerts.

Would recommend. Tested in tri-state area. They have a coverage map too

Can someone please give me a hand with this. They have such AMAZING tech support that I can't get anyone to help me....
I bought a FreedomPop hub burst router. I registered my product online, plugged it in and cant seem do get any computer to connect to it, i tried  through a cable and wifi.
Did I miss something?

Does it make sense that the modem isn't connected to the FreedomPop service because There's no antenna attached?

IIRC I had to download something in order to get it to connect. (Ironic, no?)
Check on their website
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

I'm getting charged $3.99 now. They sent an email out recently about this charge being added. The problem is I don't know my account information anymore. I tried sending a recovery email to the email they sent the notification but it says no account exists.
My Tapatalk notifications don't always work.
