It’s still prejudice even if all your life experience tells you that it must be that way. That is the definition of prejudice, assuming something because of what you think you know about another religion, gender, race, etc. You assume it must have been a Jew because "only Jews behave like that." I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying that you're making a prejudice assumption about Jews without knowing for sure whether or not it was actually a Jew who did it.

The "facts" you are using to deduce a 100% probability is in reality 'Stereotyping' which is also evident in your previous post writing "who else could it be?".
An assumption regarding a negative stereotype is being prejudice.
Saying all that, being prejudice, we know who the offenders were and to quote a smart man, "How about we call it common sense...which is sorely lacking these days."

Fit the facts into the definition of prejudice. Not what you wish the definition to be.

A Stereotype is "a widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person or thing". Only Orthodox Jews pray in groups on planes. Thats a fact, not a stereotype. If Lucky had said a group of people had disturbed his sleep and i assumed that it was Jews looking to pray that would be stereotyping. He didnt say who they were. He did say what they were trying to do. 1+1 is not prejudice or stereotyping.
