I know. Everyone has their boundries. 25k is a lot of money. Would Dan even ever do such a thing? Pay THAT much for a flight?

That's not necessarily true. I know that as Jews giving is always on our minds but there are plenty of giving people out there. Just saying.

Between groveling for donations, the money going to the UAE, and the ridiculousness of spending $1 per second for some fleeting luxury, it didn't even tempt me for a second when I read the suggestion the other day.

Not that I'm not (more than) a little jealous, but a little moach shalit al halev is required.
I'm torn between good for him and how utterly ridiculous it all is.  Though I think that's exactly where he is as well.
