" I think is where he goes wrong, this is his business, reviewing first class cabins is what a lot of his readers go to his site for. I think many of them benefit from his reviews and enjoy them.
He isn't asking for money but simply saying I reviewed every A380 F out there for you guys, I'm not spending $25K on a flights, if you guys want me to review it I will gladly oblige. Seems like a fair deal to me. People are paying for entertainment and a service they wouldn't have otherwise. He's a critic and being payed to critique why can't people pay for that and why can't he offer that?
He built himself up a following let him enjoy it.
