Too bad he's banned from MP. UA is without a doubt the best of the domestic big 4 when it comes to operations+mileage program+status benefits.

They ought to shape up some time soon.
Seems like all they focus on is elite members satisfaction, which is nice for a business traveler,  but then when you factor in performance...
IMO United's CS is on the rise, and with the steady on time performance and solid mileage program they definitely are at the top of the 4.
Delta needs to improve their loyalty program (A LOT) to be in the picture, but not terrible IME.

Lol. The only time I bumped into Lucky I told him to try out a KSML to see how bad they are and to compare them to regular meals for some extra TR content.
Guess he doesn't find them so bad after all.
