What would happen when you click the orange "new" button? What about if there are new posts besides for new wiki edits?

So a button for new posts and a button for wiki edits? Sounds like a heavy coding project.

Go BAHayman! All 3 requests in the wiki are done already!

Just click on the - (all the way on the right on the wiki bar) to minimize the wiki on page 1 or the + to maximize the wiki on subsequent pages.

TBD, perhaps it depends on the thread-type, and we need to see what's more common

No, or at least minimized.

-Should Gold elite (100+ posts) be allowed to make Wiki edits or should it stay as a Platinum elite feature (250+ posts)
250 posts is good IMHO.

How do we quote/link-to a wiki?

Perhaps make the entire bar clickable to expand/contract the Wiki? Should we consider always minimizing the Wiki by default?

I think The wiki should be for registered users

And editing should be allowed from 500+ posts.

I think a a separate orange 'new' button to notify of changes to the Wiki woud be highly beneficial.

Very nice. I have found thread wikis very beneficial in the past, especially if one or 2 members take responsibility for "their" thread.

Definitely limit editing of wiki by 250 or 500+.

Don't add to post count. Don't need a separate button for it either.

Not worth the time and money I think it'll take to program it.

It's another thing I'd have to check.

Doesn't add to much to what's already been implemented.

It should be a great improvement.

How about a Master Thread detailing which threads have wikis and when important updates were added. This way we don't need a new "new" button or having many threads appear in unread posts due to a wiki update, only a single thread with all the information for those interested.

ETA: Or perhaps a button next to the "last post" button on the far right that says wiki if the thread has a wiki. It can be multipurpose, signaling that the thread has a wiki, and perhaps it can change colors if there has been a edit to the wiki.

Yes, would be nice to know if the new change in the thread was a new post or a new wiki edit.
That being said, as it is it's awesome that Dan and BAHayman added this feature (thanks guys!) and if making that tweak is too much effort than we'll just have to live with it..
