None of my local area branches have the $0 fee cards. They are saying the cards are $2 now though...

Amex GCs can't be used to load BB, RedCard or Serve, so they're not really in demand much here.

MidAtlantic AAA doesn't appear to include NY.   


Where is it $2?  On line it says $4.95 in person, $6.95 on line.
