so how long do I wait before something substantial will show up and then I can apply for a cc?

you got a lot to learn you first need to establish your own sole account start small maybe a secure card.... then after a while apply for amex(backdate it once approved)

I have 2 pulls from Experian and Transunion except from the 3rd I have 1 pull. 2 from 1 year ago 2 from 6months ago and 1 from 3 months ago I got declined I wrote too low income when and to what should I apply
 if i write 25k a year even with all the pulls will it work
 what should i do
