I think you can do a hand-off casually with no repercussions, maybe it depends how the people look, are dressed and if you have a good story. I think that you can stand there talking to each other, no big deal.

If these people are not interested in such "games", like one is a sixty year old Doctor from London, forget about doing it that way. What is the package? If it is an envelope of visa invitations to Russia that you need to bring the originals to the Russian embassy in London, for example, it should be very understandable if any security gets excited.

It happens to be that Israelis out of all people don't need a visa for Russia.

I am sorry I was not clear. If any security gets excited, it should be very easy to show and explain to them why you had to make a hand-off. If you have nothing to hide and a clear story, I would guess you would be fine.

I assume you recall that there are 2 moving sidewalks in each side so the middle should be still, where you could stand around, adjusting backpacks, bags etc. I assume they could be in contact by cell phone to coordinate the timing...

But if the 2 people involved are not interested in getting involved, answering questions etc. then maybe seek another way. It sounds like Bispro has an idea...

the time of thy will in Questioning , he will miss the flight
as i told SF the time table is very small that there is nothing to do even with the help of people who work in the airport

Unless the Mr A rushes to the exit + is lucky with a short wait at the customs.

Mr B has brought luggage etc in the airport, and will rush as soon as handover is done rushing back in.

I know that with a trolley I've made a short while ago 45 mins to departure from check-in without running, as well as spending at least 10 mins in the lounge.

So,

Theoretically:

Mr A lands at 2:50 so he could be out at 3:15-3:20

Mr B has a flight departing at 3:55 (this is correct time), so leaving at 3:20-3:25, if without any luggage, should work...

ive had this issue twice and i could not figure out a LEGAL solution so im all ears...
i actually saw him through the glass on my way in/out so i just waived. wasnt worth the risk of prison

and if MR/RABBI/REB A and B, have alot of extra time. They will most probably be held up and they will be released, but it will be time consuming, and missing flights.
Iv'e been confronted by two undercover security guys, for a less risky reason.

We once had a stopover in TLV, checked in, took a taxi home to drop off some boxes and run back to the airport, got there less than 15 minutes before the flight. We ran straight through, got a special check by the x-ray machines, no line but actually took longer maybe, and ran up to the flight with 2 minutes to spare, while there was still a line of people at the gate. But I think that was at the old terminal, with the new one could take a couple minutes more, depends if the flight is at the beginning of the concourse.
