I have an sprint iPhone I need unlocked, if u have an sprint account in good standing, and plan to travel over seas sprint will give u the unlock code. Looking for someone to activate my iPhone and ask them for the unlock code, willing to pay, whole process shouldn't take more that 10 min

I have a Sprint everything plan and upgraded one line with an iphone for a different line on the same account and they wont unlock it until its been on my account for 3 months. Even though I've had Sprint for years. I've called multiple times already. (Though I'm not done trying.)

Did you speak to the international/roaming dept and tell them you're traveling outside the country?

Yes sir. 3 times they said they don't do the unlocked anymore and transferred me elsewhere.  I spent hours on the phone and got nowhere.  I have to try again at some point this week.

I'm in the same boat....
Originally they said yes . I called back when it didn't work and they said that they can't unlock it and offered me 100$ .(I didn't take)
So I tried again through the complaints department they transfered me to a international tech supervisor who got disconnected and called me back and left a voicemail saying they can unlock my phone if I call the department so I did and the said NO . So the rep put me through to a supervisor and said that the message was a mistake and offered me 150$
SO I asked if they can call me back in the morning so I can wiegh the pros and cons of accepting the credit .
They never returned my call so called today and the can't find record of the 150$ offer so I told them to look and a supervisor called me back and said if I answer 3 personal questions they will unlock it


MY question is has anyone heard of them asking questions for a third party company in order to identify the customer ?? These question are information I never provided them

I called Apple. They called Sprint. And a week later I finally got a call from Sprint they were going to unlock it. I did it. Didn't get a message it was unlocked. Called Sprint and they said it shows unlocked. Guess well see what happens next week when its in Israel.
