1. I still think it was disgusting and low of you and I would still like an apology.
Sorry you feel that way but when I want to know something I think the best way is to ask.

I appreciate the partial apology. But what made you wonder that you needed to ask?

You seem to be obsessed with Israel so I asked the question. It was a fair question so there was no need for me to apologize.

Another example where guns saved lives TODAY.
Wont hand guns do the job? why the need for automatic weapons?

The truth is that I do happen to agree with you on that point.

The title was a play on the other thread.
Either way I beleive that guns in general should be less restricted Except for Automatic weapons which should be heavily restricted.

Another big factor in this debate should be what level TV violence and and all of these violent games play into the picture.
Should they be restricted? etc;

You can't really argue (or insinuate) that a major reason for allowing guns to readily available is based on the constitution and then argue that only certain guns should be legal... What makes that opinion any different than those who argue banning guns altogether?

Then you argue that a ban on free speech should be considered... Again a no-no for the constitution.

+100

Methinks video games, entertainment (TV/movies), education, and mental health treatment/monitoring are all more important than gun control in this regard. Though I do agree that for self defense noone needs access to assault rifles, and those should be banned.

To have any chance of making real change they need to focus on the major problem of high capacity magazines. Using buss words like “assault rifle” will get us nowhere. It is not the style of the gun we should be worried about but the number of rounds it can fire.

You think this crazy guy who shot up the school would have done less damage if he had to take a couple seconds in between clips to reload? I dont think banning larger magazines will do much.

Not sure how much you know about guns but many things can go wrong when changing a magazine. The most important thing is it takes time and that gives someone the prime opportunity to try and stop what is happening.

I know nothing about about guns, so I can't say it as well as you can. My point is what you're saying though, we need to take these kinds of weapons off the market. Also, who the F%$@ needs the kind of bullets this guy used to be on the open market, seems they were the type to inflict maximum damage :'(

The AR-15 fires a .223, one of the smallest rounds for a rifle.

But didn't he use hollow point bullets? It's my understanding that these bullets are much more lethal regardless of caliber...

I am not sure what he used but you are correct about being more lethal. Hollow points are used widley in handguns.
