In dans trip notes he mentions that he was able to get kosher food in the CX First class lounge in HKG. Anybody have any experience on this? I emailed Cathay and they have no clue what dan is talking about.

Thanks so much Dan for doing the groundwork to get me that number. Called the Pier and booked my kosher meal for the outbound. Tried to ask about Arrivals Lounge but the woman hardly understood me so I figured Ill HU,CA tomorrow. I will let you guys know how that goes.

How far in advance do you suggest calling? When is the Wing going to be reopened to be able to get meals in there as opposed to only the Pier?

I think the Pier is nicer than the wing.

I would let them know by 5-6 am local time on day of departure. I never tried later than that

Any options besides Chicken and Fish?

Does Hermoles even provide anything to carriers besides salmon and the occasional chicken? Haven't gotten Beef in 3 years on anything other than BA

Yes.
CX F ex-HKG had beef, duck, lamb, cold cuts last year.
