which Hilton is $200 a night?? Again if you payed the $850 a night price then I am all for you being underwhelmed for 30k UR to get a base room that is 600 sq feet in NYC is an amazing value. Plus the location and they are one of few NYC hotels to have a pool.
In July Wyndham is $240 millennium at the un is 270 doubletree is 190 Lexington is 225 Shop around Again ph is probably nicer than all these , but at these prices I personally wouldn’t waste points for such an experience
so you would rather spend $250 (average price of all the hotels that you listed one of them being a doubletree including tax) then pay $275 to buy a sign up night or use 30k UR which are super easy to get to stay in a room that is much nicer, double the size, and in a hotel that you agreed is nicer and has a pool. That makes a lot of sense.
Both helpful. I’ve stayed in PH Dubai, so I won’t expect that level of service in NyC. I care more about the space, and I’m glad to hear it should be ample. What’s my chance of getting them to provide room with two beds instead of a king?
Without knowing what status you have with hyatt & your chances of an upgrade if you do end up in a basic room, they are pretty small. They may be considered big for nyc as @mochjas said but that’s not saying much.
I have lowly Discoverist, but even that expires this month. So, no status. ☹️
Anyone with a review on JW Marriott near Central Park?Or what would be my best option with points SPG/Marriott near Central Park.
St Regis is really nice. Not discussing value, but elegance to the max.
Any better choice than Grand Hyatt? PH is not available. Needs to be Hyatt.

Besides the PH, Did anyone have success getting a NYC hotel to order AND PAYfor kosher breakfast? P.S. I'm getting sick of the response "Our concierge will gladly assist you in ordering or making a reservation..."
