would anyone please be able to recommend a option or two for the best/nicest/fanciest Hilton brand hotel in NYC- preferably near Time Sq? not sure if any have kosher but that would definitely be a plus. also have Diamond status if that makes any difference TIA
I have 0 experience, but there is a Conrad in the area. Doesn't seem as on par of other Conrads perhaps, but still might be nice.

St Regis or Ritz Central Park?
From my understanding, better odds of upgrade at SR.

Has anyone had the kosher breakfast at the Park Hyatt NYC?

(Obviously) its free for Globalists but they told me over the phone it has an MSRP of $50. Between the Globalist perks of free breakfast and the free parking (for 25 hours which is really useful) it seems like a really wise use of 30k UR points.

At the SR right now, I'm plat ambassador btw, my ambassador wasn't a help trying to get kosher breakfast. Concierge offered to order it but the hotel wouldn't pay for it. I got an upgrade to a "grand luxe room" not a suite. Butler service took about 15 min. The room is decent and the turndown service is cool, but next time I'll just stick with the PH, especially with this $50 destination fee mishagas

Can you use the $50 destination fee credit for kosher breakfast?
How did you spend your food and beverage credit?

N00b question, but do you have any recommendations for hotels in NYC that are not too expensive, but at least decent for a one-night stay? Probably paying cash.

Yes. Really nice rooms, and awesome to have a pool in the city. That alone is worth 30k. The free Kosher breakfast is a big plus, although they forgot to order it for me, so it didn't show up until after 10AM.

No, it's not a credit. It's a fee like a resort fee.

Besides the PH, Did anyone have success getting a NYC hotel to order AND PAYfor kosher breakfast?

P.S. I'm getting sick of the response "Our concierge will gladly assist you in ordering or making a reservation..."

If I am willing to pay for breakfast, where do they order it from? Any good suggestions?

Also, with the new award chart only charging 60K (20K SPG) points for the St Regis, whats the take on PH vs SR these days?

2 beautiful hotels, but one has a pool and free kosher breakfast. That's what did it for me after having already been to both before.

My apologies. You've jogged my memory. We ordered soda and maybe chips? I doubt they will go out of house to get food.
