Haven't been there but incredible ratings. Also to be clear it's Conrad downtown
I have both downtown Conrad and W Hoboken reservations; which should I take?also did not realize no so easy to find scharais minyan in the area wall street synagogue does not have a scharais minyan anymore;Best bet might be Tribeca synagogue
You can look into downtown Brooklyn on the east river as well if ur having a hard time with minyab
yes very hard time cant find Marriv minyan walking distance to Wall Street Grill on Sundays
Its not really an area where religious jews live so that makes sense
Conrad is a 20 minute walk
Is there a concensus regarding easiest hotels to stay at over shabbos? Anywhere in the city, any chain/ independent ok too. Ideally something more upscale.
we loved the ihg (points) LES Indigo, u can use steps and get a low floor with an actual small outdoor space for eating a nice shabbos meal. Also stayed at the beekman which was very shabbos friendly (internal steps/just put a magnet/tape on the door lock slot)
Thanks, how was the area? Anything walkable on Shabbos?
HiLooking for a hotel like the 1hotel Brooklyn bridge but it is pretty expensive, is there any hotel similar either in Brooklyn, queens,Manhattan ,with a porch is even better, thanks appreciated
see above LES Indigo is a good value with low floor rooms for shabbos if u want with outdoor space.
It has a waterfront view?
Whats the best option /nicest points?
