Had a very nice stay!
Hotel just reopened last week from covid.
Nice lobby. clean and comfortable.
Best part, I used a 40k FNC and didn't get charged for the amenity fee!

Try Airbnb? Their search allows to filter for facilities features and I found this when filtering for a pool:

PH has some suites with balconies. You can book a base room with points and negotiate an upgrade in advance or at check in.

i stayed at lexington a couple of weeks ago. good option can post some pics later. they ended up not charging service fee on my free night award which was nice.
