It seems like the checkin agents are outsourced but the ticketing agent(s) on the left is direct.

Also try calling SQ directly in  SIN, then try to befriend them especially if its a women agent, add them on Facebook or email, then on Facebook or email start chatting up with them, offer them a tip if they succeed in clearing you, I did such a thing with a UA agent in the Philippines and it worked. but again Philippines is a semi 3rd world place where $20 goes a long way,  so not sure how SQ agents are in SIN.

The VS agent said she told the SQ checkin staff that they wouldn't accept SQ pax that day.

If you are dead set on the Suites then take the 2nd seat in standard and spend the  hours you will probably waste trying to get the seat at saver and make a few dollars to make up the difference

Dude, I have 3 separate SQ F bookings on 3 different dates, no worries about the suites, the issue on this ticket is that I have a LH flight 2hrs and 20min later, SQ can only do connecting flights on the saver award, if I get delayed JFK-FRA my baggage will be in jeopardy.

Dude, I have 3 separate SQ F bookings on 3 different dates, no worries about the suites, the issue on this ticket is that I have a LH flight 2hrs and 20min later, SQ can only do connecting flights on the saver award, if I get delayed JFK-FRA my baggage will be in jeopardy.

You can still interline your baggage even if they're not on one ticket.

Real is still relative, but LY is definitely the way go between continental Europe and TLV.
