Why? He is absolutely right.
Who is he yelling at? Who is driving them up a wall? Asking them is fine

My SQ suite review Jfk-Fra

Singapore 1st class is nice,  but not really necessary,  given that the business class bed is just as good.

Here are the advantages of 1st over business.

1. The added privacy, because of the door  (the biz privacy is not bad)

2. Perks, like PJs and a Amenity kit.

3. Extra Attention

And really not much more.

The suite Super Saver award is 57K points (Very hard to get unless you book far in advance) 110k for the standard Saver and 430k for the standard. (If booked online,  otherwise it's 15% more expensive

The Biz Super saver is 47K and the standard is 67K.

For me it was $230. Also I've seen far worse YQ.
From Fra YQ could go for $330+

If the difference in miles between R and J was substantial you would have a point but for 10k miles aren't the advantages a no brainer?

Right, but availability is tricky,  put it this way, don't make yourself crazy to try to find suite availability

I never said you should not go skiing or fly first class, but don't be so jewish and harass a airline for kosher wine... people call up time after time, ask for a supervisor... take what they offer you... kosher meals...
I stayed at a few hotels as hyatt diamond. I asked if they offer kosher breakfast, if they do good, if not I dont drive them mad for weeks, to find a kosher place, that delivers.... and if they can't find it then ask for a credit, as they have the chuzpa not to care about me... I hope you understand what I mean

Agree 100%, but good luck trying to get people here to go along with that

I took Singapore A380 Suite last week, and was very disappointed with the on board Internet, they charged 9.99 for 10MB and plus overage.

My phone showed that I only used 2.8 MB while the in flight Internet had me at $5 over the 10MB.

Rip off!

LH charged $17 for 24hrs of Internet, and that was a true relief.

AFAIK the only way Singapore will clear the wait list is if the saver award passengers cancel.
