It's a little tough to convince an SQ rep to book SQ and *A on one award, but it's doable.

AirBerlin doesn't fly FRA-DUS, you'd have to fly FRA-TXL-TLV, which is 14500 Avios (+$47.43)

Had to convince the rep to book a *A flight together with SQ.

When flying to Israel, it's cheaper to have one ticket with the LH/LX add on, then getting a separate ticket FRA-TLV
