SQ serves Hermolis around the world. I guess it might be fresher in FRA, but on the other hand it's possible they use LH ground services (=Zohar)

They don't use LSG in FRA, as I deplaned, the Gate Gourmet truck came to service the acft

Sometimes it's the only Kosher food you'll see in days.

I've occasionally enjoyed Schalom/Hermolis, although I now try not to order KSML at all (except on EK w proper bathroom  ;D)
