Anyone else experience not getting the base MR points for VRs?  I spent over $15k on VRs on my Plat and Gold cards, I got the signup bonuses but not the 15k on base spend.  My statements closed a few weeks ago.  Anyone else have this?

I thought you said they may have been "misplaced". Maybe try looking harder for them.

The top advice I see for you:  work with chase and cvs to find the exact time of the VR activation.  Use that info to get the pin from VR.  or perhaps for VR / cvs to void the transaction (and put the $ back on your cc.)   
Disputing the charge is unlikely to work b/c cvs scanned your license and they know the charge is legit.  You losing it/ getting robbed is not a loss for cvs or chase.
Try the transaction trace even though they seem to be giving you the runaround.

Yes, but in this case if the VR is deactivated before being used and CC charge cancelled there is no money lost for anyone. It's not real cash.

Your chase CC might have 'loss protection' - if the item is stolen or lost within 30 days of purchase they refund the money.
They might want a police report for such a large amount. Check your CC benefits guide, or call them and ask for the existence and limits of the loss protection benefit.

Thats where you go wrong. 

It's not a peice of plastic.  It's  a peice of plastic worth $500. 
You need to watch over it the same you would watch  $500 cash.

Now that it's missing he can try to recoup,  buy it's just like compddd said -  cvs/chase/icomm are all nnot responsible for this.

I just started getting VR and i called 3 places 1 said they no longer carry them another said they carry hem but haven't gotten them in a while even though they order more and the 3rd said they are out of stock i called the last 2 on their delivery date and 1 had 1 didnt and the one that did sold out in a day.

I've bought 5k every month for last few months. Usually in 1k increments with same cashier just separate transactions. Really nice cvs employees actually- unlike Brooklyn.
