Serve refill online, rc in target. Masaive threads on both

No. There are currently 41 places listed at https://www.vanillareload.com/where-buy where you can buy VR. Each of these has dozens or hundreds of branches. If somebody found a place that takes credit cards and wishes to share the fun the last few days that VR is sold, this is where they should post.

Perez was in Dallas. This is a NY thread. Good try though. Anonymous didn't specify where he was, and said one time he was able to. It's as dead in NY as amazon payments

I did it near Lakewood. IIRC they only had VR in stock once, but I bought VGC there several times.
