Conflicting reports, but it's so much easier to just send yourself a check and pay from your own bank account.  An easy way around and much safer.

I see. Do you mean to send myself a check via bill pay, or to actually write out a check to myself? (My 100 free BB checks are "in the mail"...)

You can't write a check from a OV card. You can deposit to bb - free then deal with writing check, or try option b which will cost you around $1. You asked for other options, so I directed you. (Also, it depends if you want to spend your OV debit card in Walmart or if you happen to be by a supermarket etc.
