I was in CVS in midtown today. Well stocked behind counter. I had problems first with my cc -if from nj probably good idea to call cc first. And after I worked that out had problems verifying with my license. Not sure what the problem was.

Both midtown cvs were fully stocked last week and I had no issue purchasing with Amex and chase

I usually shop in midtown for my VR, but have been at my mother's in Jersey a few times recently. I used to always fight the "NJ is OOT" stereotype but now when I find piles of VR at the local CVS, I'll gladly take the OOT title.

I recently went to my CVS and found 2 VRs on the shelf. I went to the counter to load them and the lady that usually helps me asked me if I need more? She turns around opens a draw behind her and there are a few hundred VRs. She said whenever I need just ask her and she will give me.

Bought 2k in Jersey today the other cashier started saying that it needs to be in cash. My cashier says let me see..." He scans it and says "only cash or credit no debit" ;"

$3K in NJ last week @ CVS, manager made me do 3 separate transactions ... otherwise no issue other than a weird look from the cashier

I tried loading my MVD and it gave an error so I called CS and they said that my identity cant be confirmed so either they can refund me by check which would take 3-4 weeks or make them into a gift card which wouldnt allow me to take a CA, my question is can I make a dispute to my card company and make a charge back

They are giving you a much easier option, just have them convert it to a GC and go to the bank and withdraw the whole balance. Easy does it.
