I was in my store in Baltimore today where I always buy, and the dumb cashier told me that they got an email today that it is only cash. I asked her if it might be effective tomorrow and she said, no, it is today. So I found another store and they did it with no problems. The cashier even got a new package for me from behind the counter

To get miles, duh. I personally don't feel comfortable cycling through 100k without actually spending that much. But for legitimate bills, I'm game. I actually was having a convo with the CVS manager today about VR - he was telling me how he uses them lol.

1. I said it's my personal preference, not what I think is right or wrong.
2. You can call it what you want, but I see a difference between shifting actual spend to BB through VR and using it just to generate points, but paying no actual expenses. Again, not saying the latter is bad, but my personal preference is to stay away from it. Mostly because I'm afraid of AA/FR, but also because I don't feel comfortable asking for 5k at a time of cards multiple times a month, possibly to the same cashiers. Again, personal preference

Just went back to my CVS to see if they had anymore and they had a sealed pack of 10 behind the counter. Bought it.
Spoke to the manager and she said that tomorrow it will be cash only. She said that they will probably have a full shelf of them
from now on lol.

This was in union county in nj
