I stayed in the nicest suite in the Eden resort in Lancaster for the price of a double queen.
Peak season and they were sold out but they got me a res. on the phone cuz I'm Diamond!

So I got status match to PC plat from the Accor, just had to send an email to a rep that I was on the phone with; however, I am a bit hazy on the details. When I checked the T&C on the website it says: "Once you have earned elite membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status through the end of the following calendar year." I applied Jan 2 2013 so that would mean I would have status until Dec 2014; however, on my profile none of this is reflected and it says 50 nights or 60k points to keep your status for next year. Any ideas of what I should do? Should I ignore this stuff and only call when the time comes to address the issue or should I deal with it now?

So I emailed them Motzel Shabbos/Sunday night, 1:51am and I received an automatic reply message that they try to respond within 24-48 hours. Tonight at 1:51am it will be 48 hours. Does anyone have any recommendations what to do, should I wait, or call the phone number that was in the automatic reply message??

When I requested a match to Hilton HHonors they replied that I needed to reply with a copy of my 2011 end of year activity..which I dont have. Ill try to request another match from another email add. Others here have reported the same. What might help is to book some refundable hotel stays and show them that you actually have used you Accor membership...

Well you should definitely wait for their reply..you never know..you might be the lucky one they match

Im going to send again just because TWTCSIN again..but next time with a better story.
