Best use for 1564 Hertz Gold points

Was awarded these points a while back. Expiring in Aug. Own a car now B'H so wondering if anyone has idea what to do with them.

Can I book for someone else? or redeem for other stuff?

use them for free car at an airport...you can book for someone else IIRC..if using USAA

Save them. You may need repairs on your car, and if you have a local Hertz, you can rent for a few days with your points.
