AMEX prepaid reload

Sorry if this has been addressed in the forums elsewhere but my searching hasn't come up with a definitive answer to the following: I recently saw an AMEX prepaid reloadable card (not BB) at Office Depot.  Can this be used to load BB?  Are there any other good creative ways to use this to take advantage of the 5x ink bonus??  Thanks in advance.

It's similar to BB in the fact that you reload it, not use it to reload others.

But it's dissimilar from the BB in that it's much harder to unload...
