Do you mean @Something Fishy  vibes or do you mean just booking and joining tours and renting cars is not similar to  SF? because it is pretty much very easy to join Svalbard polar tours, renting cars in Lofoten and the North Atlantic Highway, I just do not feel comfortable driving around Lofoten and the North Atlantic highway solo.
