Also there is the HNL-LIH leg to book. Doesn't one of the programs have good deals on intra Hawaiian flights on HA metal?

8-11 only has one seat left, so prob the 22nd-25th.

Is that bookable on SQ? (If yes is it still 60k?) Or does HNL-LIH need to be booked separately?

Unfortunately no.
Either you can fly directly from the mainland to LIH on UA or use 10K AA/12K UA/15K DL/$190 for the RT HA flights.

So the shliach to TBI has done this hike a few times and says the hike in is nicer than the hike out.

His suggestion is:
Monday: Have camping gear and food boated in, hike to Kalalau, BBQ
Tuesday: Explore Kalalau Valley
Wednesday: Explore a bit and get boated out.
