my printer suddenly stopped printing today. the computer is comunicating with it but the paper comes out blank. the first 1 or 2 sheets came out with a few smudges as if the problem was no ink but then after that its blank.
the machine does have the ink cartridges and they are not empty. in fact i even replaced one that was almost empty but still have the problem
any help out there is greatly appreciated.
i would purchase a new one and avoid the hassel but i recently bought a bunch of ink cartridges and i dont want to loose that
