I did, I called a general customer care number, they didn't know what I was talking about, they said there's generally a charge for switching, etc.

Some one send me this
If u know of anyone that got tickets w/ Delta/KLM cheap tickets...they can change to a direct flight instead of any stopover like amsterdam for 13 hrs...by calling 888-977-6186

DL stopped calling. I got 6 tickets reissued today. I assume they will call again tomorrow. It doesn't appear that the regular DL CS knows about it.

888 977 6186 worked for me... i called them and gave them my confirmation and without asking any questions the woman said "i can switch tour flight from ewr ams tlv to jfk tlv free of charge" they are being bombarded with calls but they did it for me....thanks guys

both ways and they even switched the jfk to miami to an earlier time to be more convenient!!! ;D
